Then there is exactly to the left, before starting yoga. And do not take too much yoga for only 12 minutes, because more yoga starts getting complaints of knee pain and adopting a one, two, three structure formula. from the beginning start 1-minute yoga.

1-minute yoga:-

(Left leg) Whenever you first do Padmasana, the first turn left leg and keep it on the right leg and do it for 1 minute then,
(Right leg) In this, when you first have to do Padmasana, first turn the right leg on the left leg and keep it for 1 minute.

It means that this exercise was made of 2 minutes, and then turning one leg straight, trying the other leg, try to touch the foot with your hands. Turning another leg, on the other hand, straighten one leg, Try to touch the foot, this is done five times.

Then do the yoga on both sides of the same way as 2 minutes, 3 minutes and it takes 12 minutes to total. Do not do 12 consecutive minutes because you may have knee pain problems.
